What you do

  • Preparing monthly management reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Coordinating the annual budgeting process and the quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales performance, cost prices, margins, and production efficiency.
  • Taking final responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the costing process and master data.
  • Evaluating and analyzing investment proposals and business cases.
  • Actively participating in financial and IT-related projects.
  • Initiating and supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as a financial sparring partner and providing decision-support to the Division CEOs.

  • You have strong business acumen and at least 5 years of relevant experience in audit and/or controlling.
  • You hold a university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering.
