  1. Own end-to-end financial control, accounting, and reporting for the company.
  2. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close with accuracy.
  3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  5. Ensure statutory, regulatory, and cross-border financial compliance with global and local standards.
  6. Drive compliance and assurance for ESG and non-financial reporting frameworks.
