Financial Controller

We are exclusively partnering with a business that is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to hit the ground running.

The business has experienced significant growth over the past three years , supported by external investment, and is set to continue on an accelerated trajectory. As part of this journey, you’ll play a key role in M&A activity , from due diligence through to systems migration and post-deal integration.

You’ll be entrusted with leading the finance function, developing and managing a capable team within a professional services environment . The business operates a time-billing model , working with senior fee‑earners and top billers, so you’ll need to be commercially astute and comfortable partnering closely with stakeholders who drive revenue.
