Financial Controller

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our organization. Based onsite at our Cornwall, Ontario facility and reporting directly to the VP Finance, the Controller will lead the accounting team, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and support decision-making through timely analysis and insight. This role is hands‑on and requires someone who can balance leadership with operational execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/ASPE/IFRS (as applicable)
