Financial Controller

Overview

Lead overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. Drive financial strategy and performance management by analyzing results, identifying improvement areas, and supporting company-wide strategic decisions. Oversee investor relations by managing communications with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, and preparing key financial disclosures and presentations. Manage IPO readiness and capital market activities, coordinating with banks, legal advisors, and regulators to support listing or fundraising efforts. Lead M&A activities including financial due diligence, valuation, deal assessments, and post-merger integration. Develop and mentor the finance team while managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
