Job Description


  • Analyse and comment on Group and Business Unit performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, KPIs)

  • Consolidate actuals, forecasts, and budgets at group level and explain variances

  • Coordinate budget and forecast cycles across international entities

  • Act as a financial business partner to Business Unit finance leaders

  • Support management decision-making through financial modelling and analysis

  • Monitor working capital, credit risk, overdue balances, and capital expenditures

  • Contribute to the harmonisation and optimisation of group financial processes

  • Support ERP and SAP-related finance transformation initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with the Group CFO on strategic and ad-hoc financial topics

  • Travel internationally (approximately 20%) to support business units
