Job Description
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and highly organized professional to lead the financial, administrative, and treasury control of our real estate projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and Project Manager, and to play a key role in project performance, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making across a growing real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for real estate projects
- Cost control in coordination with construction and technical teams
- Cash flow monitoring and management of payables and receivables
- Development of Excel-based management reports and dashboards
- Treasury management and relationships with financial institutions
- Administrative control, invoicing, and coordination with suppliers and public authorities
