Financial Controller

Are you ready to take your next career step in finance? We are looking for a talented and motivated Financial Controller to join our team and report directly to the Head of Administration. This is a key role with real impact on financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver periodic reporting, business plans, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Draft annual and interim financial statements (stand-alone and consolidated) in line with EU regulations and subject to audit
Carry out controlling activities also on the Group’s subsidiaries
Support audit processes, due diligence, and ad hoc analyses for special financing projects and public tenders
Oversee general accounting processes and contribute to process optimization
Manage activities related to public tenders, tax incentives, corporate procedures, and official reporting (e.g., ISTAT questionnaires)
What we’re looking for:
Master’s degree in Economics or related disciplines
3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or AFC functions within industrial companies or consulting firms
Excellent Excel skills and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of Oracle Netsuite 
A proactive, flexible, and autonomous mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
