Financial Controller

Overview

This is an exciting role for commercially minded Finance Controller to take ownership of setting up financial systems & processes within a scaling manufacturing organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the detail but also wants the opportunity to grow strategically.

The Finance Controller will:

• Own and manage the company’s day‑to‑day financial operations, including maintaining accurate records and overseeing payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain full visibility of the company’s cashflow position, producing short- and medium‑term forecasts to support informed financial decision‑making.
• Prepare month‑end management information and reporting packs, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and smooth month‑end close processes.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers, managing monthly payroll inputs, approvals, and staff expense reimbursements.
