Financial Controller | Move to Adelaide

THE COMPANY
Our multi-award-winning client is an Australian owned and operated Boutique Hotel and Spa and they are seeking a talented Financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

THE ROLE
• Oversee and control all facets of the hotel finance operations to achieve budget expectations and use personal endeavours to maximise profit
• Ensure the finance team are focused on exceeding guest expectations in the context of balancing financial responsibility
• Develop hotel internal policies and monitor compliance
• Assist Group FC with cash flow management and budgets, and reporting to management and stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Formal accounting qualification
• Extensive accounting background in the hotel industry
• Solid understanding of hotel operations
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills
