Hands-on SME Financial Controller role, overseeing a team of 3 within finance Your new company A well-established, privately owned and market-leading organisation, is recruiting a commercially focused Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting, overseeing a finance team of 3. You will be responsible for generating monthly management accounts, cash-flow reporting and the preparation of statutory accounts. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the appetite to improve systems/processes and the flexibility to pitch in with ad hoc tasks as and when needed. Key Duties: Preparing monthly and annual reports for senior management. Managing cash flow, VAT returns, payroll, and statutory payments.
