Financial Controller (Regulatory & Management Reporting) | Day Shift / Hybrid

Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Financial Controller to assume leadership over the complete regulatory reporting lifecycle, internal management accounting, and core month-end close functions. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with all governing regulatory bodies (e.g., MAS) and driving robust financial controls. The Controller will be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all internal and external reporting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Oversight
• Mandatory Filings: Oversee and execute all critical regulatory submissions, including monthly CCAM Close, monthly GST, and annual Tax Computation and XBRL filing.
• Annual & Quarterly Reports: Lead the preparation and consolidation of all comprehensive quarterly (e.g., QMR, PACs, MAS Quarterly Data) and annual reports (e.g., AFS preparation, Annual Reports, DOWU, MOF flash).
