About the Role

Toy Station a growing retail network of toy stores across Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking a strong financial and analytical professional to manage accounting, reporting, and business performance analysis across all branches.

This position combines accounting precision with business insight: we are looking for someone who can not only maintain books, but also understand how each store and product category performs turning numbers into business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full accounting cycle (sales, purchases, payroll, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare and review monthly P&L and balance sheet per store.
  • Perform sales and margin analysis by product, category, and branch.
  • Track inventory movements and variances between POS, ERP, and physical counts.
  • Support management in cash flow planning and cost optimization.
