Job Description

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented professional to lead the administrative, financial, and treasury control of Real Estate projects.

In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and Project Manager, playing a key part in financial oversight, project control, and strategic decision-making across the company’s portfolio.

Main Responsibilities Financial Control & Cost Management
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for real estate projects
  • Analyze and control project costs in close coordination with construction teams
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards (Excel-based)
