Financial Controller
We are a fast-growing, mission-driven consumer fintech operating in a large, underserved financial category, backed by strong institutional investors and a seasoned founding team. As we scale nationally, we are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to build and strengthen the finance backbone of the business.
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end accounting, book closure, and financial control
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance frameworks
- Drive internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
- Implement and stabilise Zoho Books and lead ERP/process migrations
- Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Build and manage a lean finance team (2–3 members initially)
- Support investor reporting and scale-ready finance processes
