Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a high‑growth, Private Equity‑backed manufacturing business in Sheffield.

Following a period of significant expansion through acquisition, the business is now entering its next phase, professionalising the finance function, embedding stronger controls, and creating meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

This is a senior, hands‑on Number 1 finance role on site , ideally suited to a commercially minded Financial Controller who enjoys building, improving and influencing, rather than inheriting a finished product.
