Financial Controller

To excel as Deputy Group Financial Controller - Finance Transformation you will bring substantial experience in driving large-scale change programmes within finance functions, ideally gained from roles where you have implemented new ERP systems or led process optimisation projects. A deep understanding of international accounting standards combined with practical experience in risk management enables you to navigate regulatory challenges confidently.
Chartered or Certified Accountant / CPA qualification is highly desirable; candidates with Big 4 experience are preferred but not essential.
Proven track record in leading finance business transformation initiatives within large or complex organisations, ideally involving ERP system implementations..
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end finance processes including order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and global chart of accounts setup.
