Job Description

Aramark Canada is looking for a Finance Controller responsible for the commercial success and customer satisfaction of all financial related matters within the Schulich Executive Learning Centre.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall accounting and financial operations of the Executive Learning Centre (ELC) A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll.
• Overall knowledge and understanding of Hotel Accommodation, Food and Beverage accounting including food quality, production, food ordering, receiving, menu design in all outlets.
• Manage food cost and labor cost to budget in conjunction with Executive Chef.
• Responsible for the management of all aspects of accounting including forecasts, cash handling, budgets, month end and year end P&L statements.
• Work closely with General Manager, Director of Food Service, & Executive Chef regarding Costs, Labor forecasting and F&B Strategy. ...
