Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves preparing financial statements, budgeting, financial forecasting, and improving internal financial processes. The candidate will also analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is preferred)
• 4+ Years of experience at a Big 5 firm or equivalent is highly desired.
• Strong skills in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess and provide insights into financial data
• Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and internal controls within an organizational setting
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
