Requisits
Titulació
Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o afines.
Es valorarà
Experience in industrial environments and international companies
Requeriments
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sector or industry).
Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and management control.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., SAP, advanced Excel).
Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex reports to senior management.
Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax and accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire financial accounting cycle, including the preparation of financial statements, profitability reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate and lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions for senior management.
Ensure compliance with local and international tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.
Develop and improve internal financial procedures, optimizing efficiency and reducing risks.
Monitor and analyze key financial indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial health of the company.
Work closely with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to generate accurate and timely financial information.
Supervise and manage the accounting and finance team.
