FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (VIC)

This position is key to ensuring financial integrity and strategic decision‑making based on accurate data.

Experience in industrial environments and international companies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sector or industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and management control
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., SAP, advanced Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex reports to senior management
• Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax and accounting regulations
• Languages: English Advanced

• Oversee and manage the entire financial accounting cycle, including the preparation of financial statements, profitability reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate and lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions for senior management
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax, accounting, and regulatory standards
• Develop and improve internal financial procedures, optimizing efficiency and reducing risks
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial health of the company
• Work closely with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to generate accurate and timely financial information
• Supervise and manage the accounting and finance team
