The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well‑established, multi‑entity business operating at significant scale (£100m+ revenue) to recruit a Financial Controller to lead its core finance function. This is a senior, hands‑on role offering real ownership and visibility across the business. You will work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team to ensure robust financial reporting, strong controls, and a well‑run finance operation. The role will suit someone technically strong, comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and confident in leading a high‑performing team.
