What you’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle financial reporting (FRS102/IFRS)
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, and processes
• Oversee accounting for a diversified loan book (bridging, buy-to-let and HPP mortgages, securitised funding structures)
• Manage consolidation across entities and SPVs
• Support treasury, liquidity, and capital market reporting
• Oversee FCA and regulatory returns
• Develop complex Excel models for financial reporting, forecasting, and stress testing
• Mentor and develop junior finance colleagues
