Financial Controller (WIP/ Construction)

We are seeking a Finance Director / Financial Controller to lead all financial operations, strategic planning, project finance, and compliance for our construction business. The role supports executive decision-making, strengthens financial controls, and ensures accurate reporting to drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Advise the CFO and management on financial planning, risks, and cash flow.

Support strategic decisions, investments, and business expansion.

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting.

Prepare monthly management reports, performance reviews, and cash‑flow analysis.

Ensure timely closing, consolidated reporting, and statutory audits.

Work closely with Project Managers on budgets, cost control, and profitability.
