Director of Accounting / Controller (with CFO-Level Advisory)

Role Purpose:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning, directing, and elevating the entire accounting function of the firm. The Director of Accounting / Controller leads the accounting team, ensures accuracy and quality across all financial deliverables, and provides CFO-level insight to support strategy, tax planning, and decision-making.
This is not a production accountant position. This role is designed for a high-level accounting leader who can manage workflow, develop people, optimize systems, and deliver advisory-ready financial reporting.
