Job Description

The Financial Coordinator is a pivotal role dedicated to ensuring the company's financial well-being and compliance with expense policies. This detail-oriented professional will actively monitor, in real-time, all incoming charges for adherence to expense policies, reporting and resolving exceptions, tracking and expediting expense report approvals, and collaborating with department managers to provide vital routine reporting on expenses.
- Review all incoming charges in real-time to ensure they comply with the company's expense policy.
- Identify and address discrepancies or violations of the expense policy.
- Generate regular reports on expense exceptions, which include expenses that deviate from the established policy.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve exceptions, provide explanations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
