<u><b>Commercial Real Estate Asset</b> <b>Management</b></u> <ul> <li>1 2 years' experience in commercial real estate loans with experience in reviewing legal docs, property financials/ appraisal reports/ covenants including financial models/ business plans and vendor applications such as Rockport/ Argus</li> <li>Should have fair knowledge on CRE risk assessment metrics such as LTV/ DSCR/ DY covering a variety of CRE property types: multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, senior living, etc. and present potential decisions' impact on assets and asset performance to senior leadership.</li> <li>Experience in interacting with various internal and external stakeholders including property managers, third party vendors, borrowers, and law firms.</li> <li>Experience in handling large set of data and analysis of data.</li> </ul> <br /> <b><u>Analysis & Reporting</u></b> <ul> <li>Perform and coordinate Due diligence of deal related docs/ post pledges activities, risk rating/credit analysis for obtaining internal approvals and manage external client/ stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth / high quality execution.</li> <li>Track, underwrite and update operating cash flows for real estate assets using a combination of market data, property specific operating norms, actual performance data and specific standards required to evaluate, pursue, and close debt investment opportunities.</li> <li>Ongoing monitoring of the asset and loan performance, preparing asset summary reports and internal business plan presentations, valuation analysis, market analysis.</li> <li>Manage and create data related quality control checks for internal databases and provide resolution through analytic research.</li> </ul>
