Role : Senior Analyst - MIS

Mandatory Requirements:

Prior experience in MIS (Management Information Systems) or WFM (Workforce Management) domains.

  • Relevant certifications in data analytics or reporting tools.
  • Total Experience: 7 years as a Data Analyst.
  • Specific Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in MIS roles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute accurate and timely management reports.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create optimized Power BI datasets for departmental use.
  • Independently manage email communications and general correspondence related to assigned tasks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and system maintenance.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting insights to both the team and management.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing MIS processes to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.


Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (Intermediate level).
  • Knowledge of VBA for automation and scripting.
  • Familiarity with MySQL (Intermediate level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making across teams and leadership.



Role : Analyst - MIS

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Power BI – ability to create dashboards, use DAX,functions, and manage data models.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel – including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and conditional formatting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Optional Qualifications:

  • Experience in SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or VBA is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a corporate or shared services environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel functions, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis as needed.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business improvements
