What You Will Do


  • monitor, validate, and dispatch data-related communications (e.g. dividends, corporate actions, pricing), primarily fund-related

  • handle client inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses

  • manage data incidents using dedicated tools and established processes

  • perform data quality controls using dashboards, reports, and monitoring lists

  • participate in data quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • What You Bring

  • higher education in Finance or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • strong client-driven mindset with a proactive and professional approach

  • excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail

  • ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and work autonomously, while being a strong team player and performing well under pressure
