**FIANANCIAL DIRECTOR**

Currently looking for a seasoned professional with the following credentials:
- Professional degree in finance or accounting
- 8 to 10 Yrs. Experience in general accounting, costs, social security, international trade & customs and taxes
- Domain of English language 100%
- Excel, IT and evaluation´s tools
- Auditing, tax, budgeting, treasuring and fiscal activities.
- Mexican and US GAAP´s
- Team work leading to participate in WW business teams
- Interpersonal communication to deal with bankers, financial institutions, Government (taxes, international trade and customs), internal and external auditors, lawyers and tax advisors.
To perform these primary responsibilities:
- Provide Timely and accurate financial information, in home currency and USD in compliance with Mexican and US GAAP to site and corporate Management.
