Job Overview: We are seeking a Channel Business Development Specialist deeply rooted in the Latin American market, responsible for expanding and maintaining our payment partner network in Mexico, Colombia, and other Spanish-speaking regions. You will serve as a key bridge connecting our company with the local market. Core Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel expansion strategies in Latin America based on company objectives, working with operations to achieve business growth targets. - Independently identify, negotiate, sign, and manage local payment partners, including payment gateways, exchanges, banks, and agents. - Gain deep insights into the local payment ecosystem and competitor landscape, providing actionable insights for product localization. - Act as the company’s representative to maintain high-level relationships with key partners. Required Qualifications: - Language: Spanish proficiency and fluency in English; Chinese is a plus. - Experience: 1 years in channel development or business cooperation within the payment or fintech industry in Latin America. - Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities; capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - 1 years of experience working with third-party payment companies in Latin America
