You join the Debt Capital Markets team as a lawyer, where you play a key role in various transactions, characterized by the diversity of issuers and the different structures and modalities of operations.

You will be in charge of the legal advice at Natixis' front-office (origination and syndication) in France and abroad, as well as the negotiation and implementation of the legal documentation for the bond issues carried out by our various clients.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Work upstream with origination teams and other functions involved in the design of bond issues and related operations as well as structuring terms of operations;
