You join the Debt Capital Markets team as a lawyer, where you play a key role in various transactions, characterized by the diversity of issuers and the different structures and modalities of operations.

You will be in charge of the legal advice at Natixis' front-office (origination and syndication) in France and abroad, as well as the negotiation and implementation of the legal documentation for the bond issues carried out by our various clients.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

  • Work upstream with origination teams and other functions involved in the design of bond issues and related operations as well as structuring terms of operations;
  • span class="ck-list-bogus-paragraph">Develop and negotiate the legal documentation related to bond issues (mandates, prospectuses ...) ;
  • Interact with law firms involved in operations, the other banks involved and the various internal functions concerned; and
  • Ensure monitoring and compliance with applicable regulations and place practices.
  • You mainly work in the fields of stock market law and financial law, contract law and international law, mainly in French and English law.
