This is a full-time on-site role based in Espoo for a Financial Modeling PropTech Analyst. The chosen candidate will be responsible for building, analyzing, and improving financial models, conducting statistical modeling, and providing insights using data analytics. Day-to-day tasks include creating reports, analyzing datasets to identify trends, interpreting statistical results, and delivering actionable recommendations to support real estate and private equity investment strategies.
What you'll do:
Develop real estate and private equity cash flow models using the ModelTree platform.
Assist customers with ModelTree analysis tasks.
Collaborate with our analyst team to manage support and helpdesk operations.
Participate in ModelTree software development by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
