About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership Finance, HR & Admin Ops hire to keep Contra Vault AI’s day-to-day finance, people ops, and office operations running cleanly as we scale. This role is for someone who can execute fast, maintain strong documentation hygiene, and ensure billing, payments, payroll, and compliance timelines don’t slip. You’ll work closely with the founders and coordinate with our CA support and external vendors.
Responsibilities
Billing, Collections & Receivables
- Raise customer invoices, share them on time, and maintain an accurate tracker.
- Follow up on receivables and keep founders updated on status and next actions.
- Maintain payment proofs and customer billing records in a clean, audit-ready structure.
Vendor Payments & Procurement Ops
- Manage vendor onboarding basics and payment processing.
