Financial Operations Lead

Grocery Farm is a fast-growing FMCG & D2C brand in the dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy snacking space. As we continue to scale our operations and manufacturing footprint, we’re looking for a Finance Executive to strengthen financial controls, reporting, and compliance.

📍 Location: South Bangalore (On-site)

💼 Experience: 3–4 years

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
• Manage AP, AR, invoicing, and payments
• Support GST compliance, filings, and statutory requirements
• Assist in monthly MIS, P&L tracking, and cost analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing, expenses, and approvals
• Work with auditors, consultants, and banks when required
