Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Personal Finance Researcher based in Bengaluru to support our wealth advisory and AI-driven personal finance platform. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth research on personal finance trends , analyze financial data, create high-quality financial reports, and assist in the development of financial planning strategies tailored to affluent Indian families.

This role requires a strong foundation in financial planning concepts and financial analysis, combined with hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools and generating research that directly feeds our AI engine — enabling our system to deliver smarter, more personalized insights to users.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or similar relevant qualifications
• Understanding of core financial concepts including Finance, Retirement Planning, and investment strategies
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and generating research that is usable by AI systems (e.g., prompt engineering, data annotation, model feedback loops).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and technology; experience with AI-driven platforms is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
