Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert

Location: Remote (able to work with CET timezone)

Contract: ~15–20 hrs/week (flexible; outcome-focused; can scale up/down)

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership from day one.

Role overview

• Own our forward-looking finance engine. You’ll build driver-based models, run the budgeting cycle, publish SaaS KPIs (ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, payback, burn & runway), and partner with founders on pricing, hiring, and capital planning. 
• Track Monthly Budget vs Actuals with insights and recommended actions.
• Develop and track board-ready monthly KPIs suitable for our business needs.
• Maintain clear runway visibility (base/best/worst scenarios). 
• You’ll also have to do light bookkeeping (backwards-looking, basic reconciliations and documentation).

Qualifications (must-have)

• 2+ years FP&A experience in B2B SaaS/Deep-Tech or adjacent startup environment.
• Excel/Google Sheets wizardry (financial plans, scenarios, dynamic dashboards).
• Comfortable with accounting (e.g., deferred revenue) and month-end cadence.
• Clear communicator who can challenge assumptions and propose options.

Nice to have

• Hardware-plus-software exposure (COGS splits, installations, cash cycle).
• Cross-border familiarity (India ↔ Switzerland/EU), FX modeling.
• Light SQL/BI familiarity.
