The role
Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

We are looking for an FP&A in Mexico City. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the financial planning and analysis function, leading budgeting cycles, monthly forecasts, and full P&L analysis. You will work in close collaboration with local and regional leaders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, acting as a key advisor for areas such as Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, and Legal.
What you will do:
+ Act as the primary financial advisor for the local Commercial team and enabling functions in Mexico (~290 employees), maintaining a direct collaborative line with Regional FP&A leadership.
+ Lead the preparation and development of budget proposals and monthly forecasts, performing scenario modeling and consolidation of all P&L lines to provide strategic data.
+ Develop monthly reports and management presentations with detailed variance analysis (vs. Budget/Prior Year), identifying and highlighting relevant risks and opportunities for the business.
+ Execute month-end closing activities for the subsidiary (accruals, reclassifications, and headcount monitoring) in alignment with the Accounting and Tax teams and in compliance with FSSC policies.
+ Lead automation projects, optimize processes within the ERP (Navision), and ensure accurate data uploads into global reporting tools.
What we need to see from you
We are looking for a degree-qualified professional in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with solid experience leading reporting, accounting, and budgeting processes within highly complex multinational environments. Fluency in English is essential, as you will serve as the key communication bridge with our regional leaders. Additionally, your profile will stand out due to your expert management of ERPs (preferably Navision) and an advanced technical ability to use reporting and financial modeling tools to transform data into strategic vision.
