A well-established group engaged in real estate development, property management, and investments is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to provide direct strategic support to the President and COO .
This pivotal role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with top leadership to influence key business and investment decisions. You’ll lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance processes across multiple business units — helping drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation for the group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Forecasting- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across consolidated and entity-level P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Collaborate directly with the President and COO to provide strategic financial insights that guide operational and investment decisions.
