    Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial models, including scenario planning and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful FP&A role should have:

  • Charted Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 10 - 14 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Candidate should have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modelling.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
