Your Mission

We are looking to hire a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional with strong experience in the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, automation initiatives, and management reporting, while driving business insights through Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Support revenue, cost, cash flow, and margin forecasting.
• Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and highlight risks and opportunities.

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L analysis, and leadership dashboards.
• Design, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting.
• Perform deep-dive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Automation & System Implementation

• Lead or support automation projects across finance processes (reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, trackers).
• Drive system implementation and enhancements, including finance tools, BI solutions, and workflow systems.
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate data sources, improve data quality, and streamline reporting pipelines.
• Implement standardized templates, models, and automated workflows across FP&A.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with delivery, sales, HR, and operations teams for planning and performance analysis.
• Support pricing models, cost optimization, and profitability analysis at client/project level.
• Track key metrics like utilization, billing efficiency, and client profitability.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in IT Services / Technology / Consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard automation).
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, Power Query, macros preferred).
• Experience in automation using BI tools, Excel automation, or workflow tools.
• Experience in system implementation (BI tools, ERP modules, financial systems, or internal tools).
• Strong understanding of IT services financial models (billing, revenue recognition, margins).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce; MBA (Finance) preferred.
