Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our client's dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business insights through data.

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid model, Locals preferred)

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Budget: ₹12 to ₹16 LPA

Notice: Need early joiner, who can start within next 10 or 15 days.

Special Note: Candidates should have experience working with MNCs only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.

• Support the development of financial models to forecast company performance and guide

strategic decisions.

2. Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and

revenue growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting.

3. Strategic Support:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business

objectives.

• Provide analytical support for business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and other strategic

initiatives.

• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data

management.

• Support the automation of routine financial tasks and reports to enhance efficiency.
