GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and reconcile GL account balances
  • Approve Journal entries and support the month‑end close
  • Analyze financial information for report preparation
  • Analyze P&L and coordinate P&L related issues with Operation and other Finance teams
  • Prepare operation budget and run‑rate analysis
  • Supervise other staff in the validation of PTF request on bonuses and commission
  • Assist the GL Supervisor, GL Manager or Finance Director in preparing ad‑hoc and top‑level reports
  • Cover for the absence of Supervisor or Manager when needed
  • Perform other job assignments as specified by Finance Directors, Section Supervisors/Managers
