Description
•Defines and maintains financial and operating metrics to be reported daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and/or in real time.
• Develops and maintains a running 3-year forecast for the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Performs variance and trend analysis, including budget versus actual and prior period variance comparatives.
• Constructs and maintains capital allocation analysis models, and new product development financial analysis.
• Prepares annual budget materials.
• Contributes to acquisition, cash flow modeling, due diligence and data room management.
• Supports preparation of the financial components of quarterly board meeting materials
• Supports annual shareholder meeting and proxy filing.
• Supports finance and accounting team with special projects, including new software implementation and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Job Specifications:
Required Experience
• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or comparable roles
• Solid understanding of Accounting/GAAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Preferred Experience:
• Advanced Degree or CPA
• Experience with the following software and concepts: NetSuite and business intelligence tools
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Bothell, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $111000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
