An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing retail business. Working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial insight and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end performance reporting, including P&L and cashflow, and deliver insightful reporting packs to senior leadership
- Analyse and combine internal and external data to generate actionable insights and challenge commercial performance
- Support key planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and three-year strategic planning
- Act as a key finance partner to stakeholders across multiple functions and regional teams
- Oversee balance sheet controls and ensure accurate, timely reconciliations
