Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Job Description: Vee Healthtek is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in driving strategic insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with leadership to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that help the organization achieve its growth objectives. • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning. • Performance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts; provide clear commentary and recommendations to improve performance. • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial and operational dashboards for leadership and departmental stakeholders. • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand key drivers of revenue, expenses, and profitability. • Scenario Planning: Conduct “what-if” analyses to evaluate business cases, strategies, and investment opportunities. • Data & Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems, streamline reporting, and improve data accuracy and automation. • Support Strategic Initiatives: Provide analytical support for strategic planning, M&A analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CA a plus) • 3-12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role.

Skills: • Strong proficiency in Excel • Experience with financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI preferred). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear presentations for leadership. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
