Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The role involves overseeing financial planning processes, preparing budgets, conducting forecasting, and performing financial modeling to support business strategies. The individual will analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, provide insights for informed decision-making, and assess fiscal performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans and ensure financial alignment will be a key focus of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Modeling
- Analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of fundamental Finance principles
- Qualified Chartered Accountants or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants
- Proficient in Excel is expected, proficiency in other tools such as Power BI are preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to support reporting and stakeholder collaboration
