Overview of the Role

Financial Planning Assistant is an Admin Assistant role that combines administrative tasks with the preparation of insurance premium quotes and estimates. As a Financial Planning Assistant, the primary objective is to deliver high-quality work to clients by paying close attention to detail, ensuring prompt task completion, and proactively addressing client requirements.

Main duties include:

  • Summarize client details, set files, and add data to the financial planning software
  • Prepare product comparison reports which involve digital correspondence with insurance and investment companies to gather specific client portfolio information.
  • Preparing application forms, reports, and mindmap presentations.
  • Submitting application forms and following up on applications, insurance, underwriting, medicals, etc.
