We're Hiring – Financial Planning Manager - Cancún

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Financial Planning Manager to join us

This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong track record in corporate planning and a master's degree (MBA – IPADE preferred) who can drive impactful financial insights and planning processes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial modeling.

• Provide insightful analysis and reporting to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop robust financial models, scenario analysis and performance metrics.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business strategies.

Qualifications:

• MBA (IPADE preferred) or equivalent graduate degree.

• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis.

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
