Financial Planning Manager

We’re Hiring! – Financial Planning Manager - Cancún We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Financial Planning Manager to join us! This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong track record in corporate planning and a master’s degree (MBA – IPADE preferred) who can drive impactful financial insights and planning processes. What You’ll Do: • Lead financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial modeling. • Provide insightful analysis and reporting to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. • Develop robust financial models, scenario analysis and performance metrics. • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business strategies. Key Competencies: Strategic Financial Thinking – Ability to design and interpret financial models and plans with long-term impact. Advanced Analytical Ability – Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Leadership & Influence – Guide and mentor teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Decision-Making Under Uncertainty Tech & Tools Proficiency – Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/FP&A software preferred. Qualifications: • MBA (IPADE preferred) or equivalent graduate degree. • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis. • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
